ClariDuty 365 pilot terms of use

Last updated: 25 July 2026. These terms apply to the ClariDuty 365 website, pilot workspaces and paid subscription services.

Service and pilot status

ClariDuty 365 provides hosted health, safety and compliance workflow tools. Pilot features may change as the service develops. Website demonstrations and illustrative statistics are not customer-performance claims.

Accounts and subscriptions

Users must provide accurate account information and protect access to their accounts. Paid Professional subscriptions renew automatically for the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Stripe processes subscription payments and provides the billing portal. Failed or cancelled subscriptions may result in restricted feature access, but customer records will not be silently deleted.

No professional substitute

The service supports compliance management but does not replace competent health and safety advice, legal advice, statutory inspections, professional judgement or management responsibility.

Acceptable use

Users must provide lawful and accurate information, protect their account access and avoid attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service or another organisation’s records.

Availability and liability

The public pilot is provided without a guaranteed service level. To the extent permitted by law, no responsibility is accepted for decisions made solely from pilot output or for losses caused by unauthorised or improper use.

Customer responsibilities

The customer remains responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information entered, assigning competent people, acting on reported risks, meeting statutory duties, controlling user access and maintaining any notices or lawful bases required for employee and third-party information.

Data ownership and processing

Customers retain ownership of their organisation records. For workplace records, the customer normally acts as data controller and ClariDuty 365 acts as service provider or processor, subject to any written data-processing agreement. Data is segregated by organisation and is not sold.

Intellectual property

The ClariDuty 365 name, presentation, workflows and original platform material are protected. Customer information remains the customer’s information, subject to any agreed pilot or service contract.

Termination, retention and export

A customer may cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not erase statutory or audit information immediately. On termination, access may be restricted while a reasonable export window is provided. Data may then be deleted or anonymised after applicable legal, security, dispute and backup-retention periods. Export scope and timing may depend on the subscription and any written agreement.

Changes

Material changes will be dated on this page. Continued use after reasonable notice may constitute acceptance where permitted. Changes that materially reduce contracted rights will not be applied retrospectively without an appropriate basis.
